We've put together a list of things you might like to bring along to the Convention, depending on what activities you are planning to take part in.

Here is our suggested list - note that all items are OPTIONAL and are not required in order to join any of the programme items:

For those who wish to take part, we are adding a gamification element to our Con!

When you collect your Con badge at Registration, you will find on it a star sticker showing your allocated Team: BLUE for Space Leopards (in homage to FunCon 1) or PURPLE for Armadillos (in homage to World Con 2024).

A Programme Grid will be available in our ReadMe, which you will receive in hard copy on your arrival at the event. This will have simplified titles of each item - full descriptions and details available via the online version linked above.

Thank you so much to everyone who has volunteered to offer a programme item and to be on our panel items. We couldn't do it without you and are grateful for your contribution.

We are VERY close to 100 members, and our lucky 100th member will win an exciting MYSTERY prize, to be presented at FunCon*.

What idiots would run a small convention in a Worldcon year?

The Leopards wish you a merry festive season and a happy new year, and we look forward to seeing you in June 2024.

And if you know anyone else who would love to come, why not consider buying them a membership, although remember a Leopard is for life and not just for Christmas!

We're excited to announce that hotel bookings are now open!

Members should have received an email with details of the convention rates and how to book - if you've joined Funcon but haven't received that, please drop us a line on info@funcon.lol.

Payment is taken on arrival at the hotel and not in advance and we would therefore recommend booking early to secure a room.
