🎄Day 19 - The Science of Cheese
Milk is difficult to store for extended periods because it spoils badly at ambient temperatures. Historically, one solution to this problem has been to make cheese, by ensuring that it spoils correctly. Dougs gave a very serious* scientific talk talk about various different kinds of spoiler, filled with bad cheese-based puns. Immediately afterwards there was an opportunity to try a variety of cheeses!
